Joyful Songsters

 

Joyful Songsters is a community choir that is open to all teens and adults, no audition required. It is designed to provide an integrated choral experience for those with and without disabilities.  Choir members promote a sense of community involvement within their group and throughout the community while participating in high-quality music learning and performance. The Joyful Songsters is directed by Stephanie Schultz.

 

Here are a few of our Joyful Songsters enjoying a rehearsal with our amazing director, Stephanie Schultz. All are welcome to join us on Mondays, 7:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church in Huntington.

Joyful Songsters Schedule 2025-2026

Rehearsals are held on Mondays, 6:00-7:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 50 E Tipton St in  Huntington unless otherwise noted.

Performance details such as addresses, directions, and any time changes will be communicated closer to the date of the performance.

August 25 Kick Off PARTY @ 4891 S 300 W, Huntington, 6:00-7:30 pm, Bring a dish to share
 Pond will be open for swimming!

September 1 NO REHEARSAL Labor Day

Sept 8, 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, 13, 20, 27, Nov 3, 10, 17, 24, Dec 1 REHEARSALS

December 8 Rehearsal at The Waters

*December 10 HU Foundation Breakfast, Dining Commons, arrive 7:45, sing 8:20, wear all black

December 15 CCHC Christmas Concert, Wear all black

December 21 First Presbyterian Church and Pleasant Grove Church, Meet at First Pres at 8:00.
Then caravan to Pleasant Grove. Finish around 12:00. Wear all black

December 22 Share A Carol fundraiser

5:30 pm Meet at First Presbyterian Church, wear holiday clothing

Christmas party afterwards, Bring a snack to share
